1. While purchasing a plot, any road might be running on the north & east side of your plot should be lower than the corresponding site levels. It is also good if the road runs next to the plot and ends at the northeast direction.

2. There is no point proceeding towards a gloomy flat which reflects a feeling of despondency so rather go ahead with a plot that is high-spirited and give you a feeling of felicity the moment you enter in it and such plot is undeniably worth investing

3. A site with tranquil ambiance, abundance of greenery, good water source with good soil is good to  go for evident reasons.

4. Avoid plot that is located opposite to crossroads and additionally the land opposite to a T or Y intersection of roads is also advices to be avoided, as you can see oncoming traffic which is likely to give you the feeling of nervousness or lack of privacy and is also considered to be unpropitious.

5. Do look into your plot for drought cracks, hard rocks, if yes then avoid such plots and also don’t invest in a land which is next to a bridge especially if the bridge is on the North East side as you still can settle if it is on the South or West side.

6. It is likely to be auspicious to purchase additional adjoining land that is on the North, North West and East sides of the present land. On no account should any land be acquired on the South or West sides of your existing plot.

7. The plots with their South East part high are certain to bring you with opulence and riches. Similarly, a plot with the South East slope leads to weath whereas plots with their south side higher than the rest of the sides is considered to be auspicious.

8. If your house or a plot is at a close proximity to temple of Lord Shiva, Shakti or Vishnu which are attributable to loss or poverty.

9. Do avoid a plot that might be at the dead-end of a corridor. Such plots tend to keep on gathering all the negative energy, which shoots down the lane at all the time. This then exhibits negatively in the form of persistent illness of its occupants and the owner.
