Noida To Have Improved Infrastructure At Rs.9000 Crores

The new financial year will definitely prove a lot  Property in Noida. The Noida authority has plans underway to improve the infrastructure of the city by increasing the number of hospitals, flyovers and metro rail projects.

Approximately, the authority will be spending Rs.9000 crore in 2016-17 to see these developments take shape. On the 14th of March 2016, the Noida Board approved an expenditure figure of Rs.9050 crore for such developments out of which, Rs.1300 crore will be spent on land acquisition, Rs. 5944 crore on various developmental activities and Rs.50 crore will be spent on building a hospital at sector 39.

Other areas of expenditure involve village development (Rs 192 crore), shahid samarak at Nal Garha (Rs 5 crore), metro rail project (Rs 500 crore) and under-pass and flyovers (Rs 404 crore)Multi-level parking facilities are also in the offing at Sector 18, film city and Botanical Garden metro station.

Under the 2015-16 revised budgets, the total receipts are expected to be Rs 6,437 crore. For 2016-17, the Board has projected receipts of Rs 9,024 crore. In 2015-16, the expenditure was Rs 6,481 crore and for 2016-17 an expenditure of Rs 9,058 crore has been foreseen.
