This trend will continue as long as the realty business is done in a very organized manner”

Villas are bought by companies and individuals that are rich. The high income groups target villas as they look for something that suits their taste, word for word. The prices of villas start from Rs 4000 per sq ft and even go up to Rs. 11,000 per sq ft. Reports say that this may increase in the near future considering the developmental activities that are going on in the nearby areas.
Penthouses:
Pent houses are the once occupying the top floors in a building. These are generally preferred by people who do not want any kind of disturbance from the neighbours and need the house to be more airy.
Plots:
Plots in Noida are definitely a good choice to invest money, considering the fact that they appreciate faster than apartments. There are many sizes available in Noida and Greater Noida and especially alongside the Yamuna Expressway. You can build a home to your liking and taste if you have plots available along the stretch of Yamuna Expressway with an area of of 120 – 222 sq yard with price ranging between Rs 23,000 – 25,000 per sq yard.
