In the wake of building a financial hub, State-owned NBCC is all set to acquire acres of land with Jaypee Infratech in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex and even the Gurgaon Cyber City. This tends to have facilities for back offices IT companies near Jewar Airport. In this wake, it has made a presentation before the authorities of Jaypee Committee. Indeed, the authorities have identified four possible land areas to develop a financial hub having two plots around the airport. This proposal has been made in liaison with the sports city for hosting events ranging from the National Games to Olympics across Greater Noida-Agra stretch.

  Speaking in this line, CMD AK Mittal said that there are a lot of options available for land. And even there is a plan to work out for Skill development university. Along with this, the authorities tend to have a plan for setting affordable housing units. This will enable the people to have better living facilities. The purpose is to develop the entire area with housing complexes, hotels, and other facilities easily accessible within the given commuting distance. It will also enable the people to have easy access to the airport and the value of real estate properties will witness a good rise.

The authorities have said that the massive development of the area will take around 8 to 10 years of time. It tends to create a lot of job opportunities and raise a revenue of Rs. 40000 crores.Mital has also said that a foreign automobile company is on a lookout for a 10acres of land, which can be developed methodically as a campus. These days, people are finding it difficult to reach the airport and fighting with the problem of traffic jam. This will enable authentic investments in terms of development without much doubt.
Before starting the work, it is necessary to know as to who many committed investors are ready to support the project and would not back-off in any way. This can prove to be a boon for the government, who wanted to implement is very old plan of shifting corporate offices of PSUs out of Delhi. This is needed for the purpose of avoiding traffic jams in Delhi. Mittal also said that a connection between Jewar Airport ad Indira Gandhi International Airport through high-speed metro will be an added advantage for the commuters.
