The new townships that are being developed in and around Gurgaon look well-structured and portray luxury from their every angle.
Vivek Munjal, vice-president, Highland Park said,” There are significant numbers of luxury projects in Gurgaon that have come up with all the facilities that a person would expect. The level of luxury offered inside townships is really something anybody would admire”.
Naturally, these opulent townships are built for those that have developed a taste for absolute luxury with world-class amenities.
A few decades back, the metro cities were the locations where big houses and townships were developed to accommodate the finicky tastes of people. Now, even the tier I and II cities have started doing the same. In the recent past, the NRIs from the regions of Haryana have started showing a lot of interest in real estate properties. High-rise buildings are spotted very frequently in areas close to Gurgaon such as, Manesar, Golf Course Road , Sohna, MG Roead, Golf Course Extension Road etc. It will be a lifetime buy for anybody who is really interested.
Jaswinder Taneja, a real estate agent, says, ” There are many luxury projects stemming up from time to time these days, with amenities surpassing those in foreign countries. Moreover, the number of buyers has increased in the recent past to match the supply”. Many investors from abroad are very keen to buy apartments in Gurgaon due to the level of luxury offered in townships and cost. He said,” People these days are looking for communities that can offer good amenities and highest level of safety”. It is not a surprise that even middle income groups are getting attracting to such luxury projects.
Ritesh Sehgal, Director, Ambika Realcon says,” It is a great leap forward for the real estate builders to have come up with different ideas to satisfy their clients by introducing ultra modern houses in the closest vicinity of Gurgaon. The promoters have become very thoughtful these days about offering the best to the clients in terms of amenities and other facilities”. There are also those developers that have associated with global brands to bring about a drastic change in this line of profession”.
The promoters across the city of Gurgaon are trying out many different models to keep their customers happy and make them invest. The houses built by these promoters look like branded hotels.
Developers are also increasingly adding lifestyle amenities such as golf greens, hypermarts, jogging tracks, independent swimming pools, complete home automation, modern clubs with exclusive member’s lounges and spas. Such facilities would automatically attract people from within the city and abroad.
The average price ranges between Rs.80 lakhs and Rs.1.2 crores in an upscale area. Sumit Gupta, a real estate consultant says,” People looking for luxury Bungalow in Gurgaon that the sizes be anywhere between 2000 sq ft and 5000 sq ft. People are well informed these days and know what they want. The prospect of selling more number of houses is present in the north than in the South of the city “.
