• As per vastu, Southwest, South and West part of the offices shall be allocated to top management personnel like Directors, General Managers and other senior staffs. • Invariable of the positioning, vastu recommends the seating of office staffs to be in East or North facing.
• It is proposed by vastu sastra that South East of the office space shall be reserved for the accounts department and North West for marketing department.
• If there are beams in the ceiling then it is advised to cover up with false ceiling before making seating arrangements of employees under the beams.  It is better to avoid beams inside the office structure.
• Managing Director is suggested to have a rectangular table as per Office Vastu.
• Vastu sastra advises to have food products in South East or North West, so canteens or food courts inside office premises shall be put in accordingly.
• Wash areas and toilets should be in the Northeast and Southwest areas.
• Put up lockers, cupboards and other important files in South West. Communication devices like telephones, fax machines also should be in South West according to vastu.
• Meeting rooms / conference areas are to be located in Northwest.
• Employees shall witness improvement in their performances if initially seated in west side and then get moved to south eastern side.
• Mirrors to the left side of deities or pictures of god are termed auspicious and this augments the financials of a company.
• A clock wise staircase in the southwest part of office is a perfect vastu feature.
• For offices that plan to build a temple inside the premises, northeast portion shall be used.
