The builder floors and apartments in Delhi have become a thing of great demand . Yet, there are some significant differences between the two which we are going to discuss now.
With the realty market growing everywhere across the country, we see a lot of concepts being developed in relation to location, size and amenities offered. There are lots of residential apartments, builder floors, flats and plots being promoted in a large scale all over the country. Normally, a builder floor has 3 to 4 floors on the maximum whereas, a township or a gated community has many towers with several floor levels each. However, builder floor for sale in South Delhi are becoming popular because of the facilities being provided. Builder floors are very independently built houses that bring absolute peace and enjoyment to the dweller. Apart from that, a builder floor gives utmost privacy to the owner or tenant. Even the construction quality surpasses those in big townships.
