Over 68,000 Applications Received For CIDCO Housing Scheme! Know More

Housing schemeOperational under Prime Minister Awas Yojana, CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) happened to receive more than 68,000 applications for 1100 flats. These are meant to be grabbed for low income group in the open category. In order to make increase possibility of grabbing the flat, more than 51,000 applicants out of 68,016 have made payment for the house. Working in this regard, the authorities will conduct an online draw for the flats on February 14 at around 11am. These flats are given to the investors, who are looking to invest in a budget category. Everyone has their own budget, which enabled government authorities to ensure that low income grouped investors should get to invest in their dwelling.

Giving a verdict in this regard, PRO of CIDCO by the name of Priya Ratambe said that the corporation has launched a website lottery.cidcoindia for explaining the process of application in a better manner. By accessing the website, an applicant will be able to know the exact and the complete details of the scheme. Since, the process has been made online; there is a huge response because people find it easier to understand the process and get to invest easily. This dedicated website is intended to help people in giving authentic information about the process. Well, the lottery scheme is intended to help people in the wake of investing in low income group flats.

These low income group flats are positioned in five locations of Navi Mumbai such as sector 21, 22 and 27 in Taloja, sector 15 in Kalamboli, sector 40 in Kharghar, sector 10 in Ghansoli and sector 11 as well as 12 at Dronagiri. The flats, here, are smartly developed for the purpose of comfortable accommodation. These flats have been unsold since last year August and were kept for a different section of society, who cannot manage to invest in bigger projects. It is a wonderful aspect of investment in real estate meant to assist lower income group category without doubt. This scheme will allow people, with budget issues, to invest in the property and realize their dream of owning a home
